有底 is a lightweight stock-in, stock-out, inventory and cost tracker for solo shops, studios and small businesses. If something is not working as expected, email us with a short description. Screenshots or a screen recording are welcome when useful.
When reporting an issue
- Include the 有底 version and build shown in More / About.
- Describe what you were doing, such as recording stock in/out, checking inventory, editing an item, exporting CSV, creating a full backup or restoring one.
- Include the on-screen message, screenshot or screen recording if it helps.
- Tell us whether the issue still happens after reopening the app.
To protect privacy and business information, please do not proactively send complete customer/supplier lists, banking or payment information, or a full backup file. If deeper troubleshooting is needed, we will first explain the minimum information required.
Frequently asked questions
No. The current version stores your business books, items, transactions and settings primarily on your iPhone. It does not automatically upload those records to a server operated by the developer. Files leave the app only when you choose to export, back up or share them through iOS.
CSV is intended for viewing transaction data in spreadsheets or other tools. A full backup is for restoring 有底 data later. CSV does not replace a full backup.
Open More and choose the full-backup action, then choose a storage location in the iOS interface. Keep a recent backup before changing phones or making major data changes.
Open More, choose restore, and select a valid backup using the iOS Files picker. 有底 checks the file and asks for confirmation before restoring.
Set a replenishment threshold in item settings. The inventory screen marks items that should be restocked using text and an icon, not colour alone.
No 有底 account is required. The current version does not include third-party ads or third-party behavioural analytics SDKs. Commercial terms are always those shown on the App Store for the version you download.

有底是給一人小店、工作室與小型經營者使用的輕量進出貨、庫存與成本記錄工具。如果遇到問題，可用 Email 文字說明；需要時也可以附上截圖或錄屏。
回報問題時，建議附上
- 有底版本與 Build（可在 App 內「更多／關於」查看）。
- 發生問題前正在做什麼，例如新增進貨、出貨、查看庫存、修改商品、匯出 CSV、完整備份或恢復。
- 畫面上的提示文字、截圖或錄屏。
- 問題在重新開啟 App 後是否仍存在。
為保護隱私與商業資料，請不要主動寄送完整客戶／廠商資料、銀行或付款資訊，或整份完整備份。若需要進一步檢查，我們會先說明最小必要資訊。
常見問題
不會。目前版本主要將帳本、商品、交易與設定保存在你的 iPhone 本機，不會把這些營運資料自動上傳到開發者自建伺服器。只有你主動匯出、備份或分享時，檔案才會交由 iOS 系統讓你選擇目的地。
CSV 適合把交易資料帶到試算表或其他工具查看；完整備份則用於日後恢復 App 資料。CSV 不能取代完整備份。
在「更多」中建立完整備份；恢復時透過 iOS「檔案」選擇器挑選有效備份檔。有底會先檢查資料並在你確認後才執行恢復。
可在商品設定中調整補貨提醒數量；庫存頁會以文字與圖示標示待補貨狀態，不只依賴顏色判斷。
目前不需要有底帳號登入，也沒有第三方廣告或第三方使用者行為分析 SDK。實際商業方式以 App Store 當下版本頁面為準。
